in Court the Nevada Department of Taxation, Nevada OSHA, the
Nevada Department of Wildlife, the Nevada Attorney General,
the Nevada Secretary of State, the Contractors Board, and
the Clark County Court Clerk, to name a few State agencies.
We have also challenged in court the U.S. Forest Service,
the BLM, and even the IRS.
The Nevada Department of Taxation illegally tried to collect
$350,000 from one of our clients since 1994. Not one cent
was ever paid. OSHA tried to fine one of our clients $1500,
and finally threw in the towel and dismissed their case after
we put OSHA on trial. The Nevada Secretary of State tried
to keep a new political party off the ballot, and we got a
ruling from the Nevada Supreme Court that she had to give
ballot position. We are routinely in Court fighting the IRS,
the BLM, IRS, DMV, RTC, and other government agencies. Many
attorneys are afraid to take on these government agencies,
sue them, and stop them from their oppressive, illegal, and
unconstitutional actions. We are not. We'll be your Bulldog
